JOB RESPONBILITIES :
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Respond to enquiries and prepare quotations.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Ensure adherence to company laws and policies.
- Other ad-hoc and general duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate or equivalent. 拥有SPM 或以上程度。
- No working experience is needed, training will be provided. Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply. 有无经验皆可,提供训练。欢迎离校生。
- Proactive, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skill. 积极主动,自我激励,良好的人际关系和沟通技巧。
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows. 会基本Microsoft Office。
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
