Sales Coordinator cum Admin - Join a Market Leader

JOB RESPONBILITIES :

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Respond to enquiries and prepare quotations.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Ensure adherence to company laws and policies.
• Other ad-hoc and general duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate or equivalent. 拥有SPM 或以上程度。
• No working experience is needed, training will be provided. Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply. 有无经验皆可，提供训练。欢迎离校生。
• Proactive, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skill. 积极主动，自我激励，良好的人际关系和沟通技巧。
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows. 会基本Microsoft Office。
• Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• Must be able to readily accept challenges. 能够接受挑战。
• Possesses own transport. 需自备交通。
