Duties and Responsibilities - Provide Office Support for Sales Team
- Responsible to coordinate, maintain, update, and distribute of sales materials and ensure that all sales representatives have an adequate inventory of these materials on-hand, such as brochures, catalogue, promotional items.
- To prepare sales quotations and follow up with the customer for any additional info & documents.
- To coordinate, distributes and record sales and rental order / enquiries for the department.
- To prepare hire orders and rental agreement as well update / notify for any on hire/off hire equipment to related department.
- To assist in the coordination, manage and update the documentation between Sales department and other departments and compile/ filing related documents for any on hire equipment, i.e. Rental Agreement, Equipment Insurance, Sales Order
- Collaborate with other departments for equipment orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To assist the Sales Manager in conducting customer survey and complain monitoring.
- To prepare, liaise and follow up with a client for any damage or insurance claim of equipment.
