Qualification:
- Possess at least Secondary School, Diploma qualification or equivalent
- Required language(s): Fluent In Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate
- Good in time management
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
Responsibilities:
- Manage full process of sales cycle (prepare quotation, issue Proforma invoice/ Sales Confirmation to customers where necessary, deal with production for delivery dates, follow up shipment schedule, and closing sales orders).
- Fulfill customers enquiries.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments.
- Ability to prepare quotations for clients and ensure that the quoted items conform to specified requirements.
- Follow up on quotations with sales.
- Perform timely and accurate delivery update of information to customer.
- Monitor performance of suppliers and report any non-conformance.
- Where appropriate, investigate and review customer complaints and ensure that the complaints are handled tactfully and efficiently.
- Update of existing and new customer database, including SO listing.
- To liaise with customer about delivery schedule.
- To Co-ordinate customer’s Delivery schedule.
- Prepare weekly sales report.
- Review outstanding sales orders, to close all issues with sales.
