Sales Coordinator Executive: Driving Excellence in Sales Operations
As a Sales Coordinator Executive, you will be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will be put to the test as you collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to streamline sales processes and support the sales team in achieving their targets.
Responsibilities
Job Scope:
Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts
Manage existing key accounts
Planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends
Planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges
Product introduction and competitor cross reference for new business.
Prepare customer forecast and budget.
Preparing forecast ,monthly updates and payment collection for management.
Meeting with clients here or overseas through virtual call or in person
Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets
Lead in the quarter meeting, price and delivery negotiation with key account customers.
Managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents
Troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports.
Coordinate with Manager to determine an efficient business plan to achieve all annual sales goals.
Prepare plans to ensure compliance to all sales targets.
Administer all sales processes to ensure adherence to all sales results.
Assist and provide training to all external customers for efficient usage of all product applications.
Ensure optimal level of all sales services to customers and distributors.
Prepare all reports for new markets and analyze all competitor activities and submit same to manager.
Analyze all market coverage and plan all required resources for same and ensure compliance to all timeframe.
Evaluate all customer issues and provide optimal solutions to all resolve same.
Manage all export sales and ensure compliance to all procedures of organization
Conditions
You may have irregular hours occationally due to country timeline difference when conducting meeting with overseas client.
You will work in an office here, but occasionally travel interstate or abroad.
You will have to spend time developing and maintaining good contacts with clients, distributers and suppliers.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree level and above
Minimum 3 years experiences in Sales and Marketing Department
