About the Company

Well-established MNC Japanese company which develops electronic component manufacturers and system equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Supporting the sales team in achieving their goals by managing and coordinating all aspects of the sales process.
Maintain supply & delivery control between factories and customer to avoid line down.
Based on customer forecast prepare pre-ordering to partner.
Stock report preparation.
Forwarder coordination.
Monthly transportation & commission list summary.
Monthly invoice compilation.
Assist in annual inventory stock check & report.
Ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma for any study (Fresh graduate welcome to apply).
Basic computer operations - Microsoft Office and Windows.
Able to deal effectively with internal and external parties.
Able to read and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Knowledge of ISO is added as an advantage.

Additional Information

Industry : General and Wholesale Trading Industry

Location : Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
