Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Coordinator - Get Hired Fast

We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our all-star team at Unique Central Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing, and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material, important documents.

To handle communicating with both clients and team members, supplier, processing and filing invoices, and answering questions from customers or clients.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Acts as liaison between clients and company maintenance contract renewal - on quotation part.
  •  Reports problems and unresolved issue to superior
  • Frequent update on Project status and purchase order received files
  • Responsible in Warranty & Contract Renewal, Contract Agreement and Tender Preparation (commercial)
  • Monthly debtors listing housekeeping and updates
  • To perform monthly or as when billing to internal or external parties
  • Prepare adhoc quotation as when as when arises
  • Perform internal billing on monthly basic
  • To fill up vendor registration form with company details
  • Keep section heads and operations manager informed on any customers problems/opportunities timely
  • Record and report required information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Carry out Adhoc task or projects for continuous work process improvement from time to time as required by superior /the Company

Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
  • Able to speak and write:  English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin Language
  • Customer-centric, result-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Possess own transport
