We are looking to hire a reliable Sales Coordinator to join our amazing team at HIN PRESS SDN. BHD. in Klang, Selangor.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Assist to Director to disseminate the company's policy and objectives to all level of Coordinator Department.

• To ensure the company quality policy, procedures and activities as relevant and requirement by the Quality Management System are understood, implement and maintained at all times.

• Responsible in contract review, customer servicing and job order processing for the production planning in meeting the customers delivery requirements.

• To ensure the function of contract review is strictly implemented in order to resolve any unclear information specially that verbal order before proceeding the job order for production planning purpose.

• To ensure the verbal order is adequately authorized or agree with the document evidence before placing in avoiding unnecessary waste/lost.

• To ensure all records in contract review activities are properly filed/retained as an evidence or future reference according to the determined.

• To ensure the quotation inquiries are promptly attended.

• To ensure the department job procedures are maintained, reviewed and revised whenever is necessary.

• To ensure the sectional external quality information is adequately practiced, controlled and delegated.

• To coordinate the external and internal quality issue which is relating to customer service functions so as to ensure the customer claim are properly attended and to prevent any recurrence.

• To issue D/O to Delivery Department

• To identify the departmental training needs and conducting on job training to new employees.

• Other responsibilities and authorities to be delegated by Account Assistant from time to time whenever are required.

• To proposed on any changes to the QMR Documentation whenever required.

• Arrangement and update of Delivery Schedule to customer.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

• Education: Minimum SPM and above.

• Training: MS ISO, On Job training on customer satisfaction, 6S

• Skill : Good Interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience: At least 1 year relevant working experience.
