Sales Coordinator (HVAC Industry)

• Handle quotations of incoming enquiries.
  
• Handle calls to customers for small projects.
  
• Provide a summary of the projects by the end of the month.
  
• Provide costing of the projects and work closes with sales engineer/executive to follow up.
  
• Filling in for the project quoted.
  
• Prepare necessary documents for tender submission.
  
• To assist in general office administration work and daily operation tasks.
  
• Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates, preparing and distributing monthly reports.
  
• To support Sales and Marketing managers by tracking, investigating and reporting sales information and resolving problems.
  

Requirements

• Academic qualifications : Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Studies or any equivalent field.
  
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Sales and Marketing administrative position.
  
• Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) and good record keeping skills.
  
• Excellent customer service skills.
  
• Ability to take initiative and results oriented.
  
• Strong in writing and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and as an advantage if can speak and write in Mandarin.
