Sales Coordinator - Join a Leading Company

- Respond to social media queries and assign appointments to sales executive
- Manage the performance of digital marketing
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules and the distribution of sales documentation
- Receive walk-in customers and assist with their inquiries
- Update sales records weekly as well as calculate the turnover rate that advertising brought
- Process orders on order confirmation and ensure sales orders and product delivery are processed smoothly
- Liaise with internal and external groups to ensure smooth delivery to customers in compliance with the customers’ expectations and requirements
- Resolve problems and report to superior immediately upon receipt of complaints
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with customers and subcontractors
- Engage in multiple areas of work and perform other minor or ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Possess good communication skills, comprehension skills, persuasion skills, and closing techniques
• Aggressive, result-oriented, willing to accept challenges
• 5 days work alternate week schedule 
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English (Written & Spoken). Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
