Job Responsibilities:

Handle order processing and enquiries from customers
Handle inbound and outbound shipments
Handle Inventory control
Issue document (delivery order, invoice, cash sales etc)
Arrange goods delivery
Ensures and facilitates a smooth flow of communication within departments to avoid confusion.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma or above in any disciplines
Candidate with 3-5 years working experience in related field and familiar with SAP system will be an advantage
Good command of English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality, able to work in a fast-paced environment & work independently
PC literate
