Job Description
1.Arrange PO and Shipping Import/Export.
2.Coordinate Total Leadtime for delivery to customers.
3.Assist Sales section.
4.Take care for Stock & Warehouse.
5.Communicate with overseas branch.
6.Make Report of PO Balance, Cargo Damage, Stock Control, Shipping cost, etc.
7.Support staff and customers at non-Malaysia locations.
8.Do and understand order processing role (from purchasing to shipping full process)
Requirements
1.Language: written and spoken English
2.Minimum 2 years' working experience as a Sales Coordinator
3.A knowledge about Trading(P/O)
4.Computer skills in MS office (Excel, Word, Power)
5.A growth mindset, Self-starter, self-motivated
6.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7.Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills
