Sales Coordinator - Preferably Mandarin speaking

Job Description:

• Provide primarysupport to Sales Dept
• Handle and process of allorders
• Inform customers of unforeseen delays orproblems 
• Service existing sales accountsand build strong customer relationship to achieve totalsatisfaction of customers
• Work closely amonginter-department to ensure order fulfillment
• Tocoordinate with internal parties and customer on delivery lead-timeetc 
• Must be self- motivated, proactive,willing to learn, result-oriented and able to work independentlywith minimum supervision.
• Able to handle stresssituation
• Perform any other duties as assignedby immediate superior

Requirement:

• Must possess at leastDiploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/PostGraduate Diploma/Professional Degree
• RequiredLanguage (s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia,Mandarin
• Mandarinspeaking candidates will be added as an advantages as need toliaise with Chinese counterpart
• Strongcommunication skills..
• Basic computer knowledgeand skills 
• Attentive, Earnest, Patient,Responsible and Hardworking
• Required Skill(s):1 - 3 years working experience in relatedfield.
