Job Responsibilities :
- Provide sales and admin support functions to sales teams
- Handle customer order processing and follow up delivery status of order
- Prepare Quotation, Delivery Order and Sales Invoice
- Handle ordering of products from suppliers
- Plan, monitor and co-ordinate with transporter to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Liaise with transporters and arrange orders
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries
- Prepare sales analysis report
- Assist sales team in collections and update report.
- To assist in any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the superior
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM
- Prefer 1-3 working experience in Inside Sales/Tele sales or related field.
- Basic knowledge in general IT solution will be an added advantage.
- Customer-centric, result-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
