Luft Energia Group Sdn Bhd(Located in Senai Johor Bahru) is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. This position is a vital part of our sales team, providing administrative, logistical, and data management support to ensure our sales representatives can focus on closing deals. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute directly to the team's success and the company's sales goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  
A. Order management
1. Coordinate sales activities and schedules, ensuring all opportunities are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
2. Prepare and process sales orders and contracts.
3. Assist sales representatives with presentations and marketing materials.
4. Manage the sales pipeline and customer database, keeping all data accurate and up-to-date.
5. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
6. Liaise with other departments (e.g., technical, finance, production) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.


B. Logistics 
1. Responsible in processing all deliveries project and related request. 
2. Preparing all documents direct or indirect related to outgoing deliveries, delivery orders, commercial invoice, packing list, shipping mark and Certificate of Origin with local authorities.
3. To expedite all incoming deliveries with freight forwarder and transporters by updating data in the system. 
4. Ensure import and export documentations are prepared correctly for custom formalities. 
5. Coordinating with warehouse personal on orders packing, crating, storage space, stuffing and unstuffing and delivery arrangements. 
6. Good knowledge in import and export practices to abide in legal requirements.


C. Other works

To be successful in this role, you would require :
1. Prefer with experience
2. Diploma and above, age between 24-40 years old.
3. Fluently with Chinese, English and Malay, including speaking and writing 
4. Use office software skilled.
5. Good at communication, assisting sales manager to complete daily work, order and report arrangement.
