- Handling Market (International) - Coverage by Country
- Overseeing Personal & overall team sales revenue for Inbound (FIT/GIT/MICE )
- Handle Clients quotation, Itinerary, Incoming Call, complaints and any other request in a professional & efficiently
- Build and maintain good relationships with Clients/ Suppliers
- Responsible in achieving sales/ Partnership KPIs set by management(FIT/GIT/MICE )International.
- Plan, Budget and execute sales strategies for Domestic market.
- Responsible in submission of Reports ( Plan ahead report / Weekly activity / Monthly sales/Forecast report.
- Work closely with Operation, Product, Online Team and Finance Team to ensure all bookings/Arrangement are made as accordingly by clients and drive sales.
- Responsible in creating new business growth to increase market share/sales via various marketing Techniques.
- Account managing & retaining portfolio of key clients to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Responsible in planning of Marketing strategies by collecting market intelligent, clients feedback,
- Market trend and conduct competitor’s analysis.
- Attend Trade Fair, Road Show, Sales Visit and other related potential events
- Attend regular training / briefing by Product Dept on any new products / services
- Responsible in all arrangements- reservations on all confirm bookings are booked with Deadline and ensure prompt payment– Hotels , Restaurant/ Land based suppliers ( FIT/GIT/SIC/MICE ) AOS / MMT
- To ensure all accurate costing are updated in AOS system
- Identify opportunities to improve operational and service methods or Procedures
- To be able to independently out source for any other products / clients as per request.
- To log all New requests and follow ups on confirmation / Conversion
- To carry out any other job function given by management
