• Ensures timely order entry and proactively manages order timelines for assigned account(s)
• Proactively monitors open orders to advise possible lead time challenges
• Receives and responds to customer complaints and processes appropriate corrective actions
• Monitor all customer inquiries and resolve all problems efficiently and within a timeframe.
• Supports pricing requests
• Monitors product inventory to assure availability for production and/or distribution to customer
• Works with management and customer to disposition aging inventory
• Work with the internal department to coordinate delivery or shipments and prepare any needed documentation.
• Responsible for the coordination of all tasks needed to support the needs of the client.
• To maintain and organize ERP System
• Other ad-hoc task given by superior

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates/ entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Candidate must be self-motivated, disciplined, strong sense of responsibilities, good team player with mature personality and able to work independently in multi-task environment
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess pleasant personality, initiative and good communication skills

Today, Camwell Sdn. Bhd. has its own plant and building situated in Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru, Malaysia. With a larger space and premise, Camwell Sdn. Bhd. has expanded its business operations by increasing the number of machineries and facilities and therefore increased its production capacity to 13 million pieces per month.

Furthermore, Camwell Sdn. Bhd. has incorporated an associate company, CSB Precision Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. to handle another related division which specialized in Silk Screen Printing, Rubber Sponge, Cushion and Insulation Parts to cope with the rapid demands of the industries. We have created and registered Spin Gasing TM as our own brand for our products.
