Job Description :

• Strive to achieve monthly and annual sales target
• Fully understand the client’s needs and requirements
• Responsible for ensuring smooth operations & managing showroom sales
• Responsible for identifying marketing trends & implementing best sales practices to achieve key sales results.
• Provide effective assistance and good advice to customers when making decisions
• Propose and select suitable materials, color schemes, and finishes for customers
• Job scope includes meeting customers, site visits, generating quotations and customer relationships
• Coordinate with the company system and grow together
• Responsible for sales order processing.
• Recommendation of areas of improvement to continuously improve productivity.
• Identify new business opportunities with house owners, architects, interior designers, and contractors to drive sales.
• Closely follow up on prospective customers and leads to create sales opportunities and increase conversion rate.
• Drive service quality and customer satisfaction for continuous improvement.

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree holder in any field of studies.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant working experience in any sales retail/ interior design/ renovation/ contractors
• Great interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills to all level of customers.
• Team player, positive attitude, innovative, self- motivated, responsible and able to handle stress.
• Able to communicate effectively with English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
• Possess own transport
