Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Development Manager

Purpose



To drive SensorFlow’s revenue pipeline by leading all lead generation initiatives, including outbound prospecting, digital and email campaigns, and strategic referrals. This role plays a critical bridge between Sales and Marketing, building high-quality hotel leads, nurturing demand, and accelerating top-of-funnel growth across key markets.



Key Responsibilities



  1. Own and execute all lead generation strategies with Marketing, including:

    1. LinkedIn, Meta, and Google ad campaigns

    2. Email automation and nurture sequences

    3. Outbound prospecting (via tools like SalesQL, HubSpot, etc.)

    4. Strategic partner referrals and customer referral programmes



  2. Design and manage outreach playbooks 

    1. Tailored to different hotel profiles (e.g. city, resort, serviced residence) to engage decision-makers effectively.



  3. Collaborate with Strategic Accounts & Sales

    1. Align targeting, qualify leads, and ensure follow-up cadence converts into Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).



  4. Track and report on performance

    1. Including cost per lead, lead-to-SQL conversion, and campaign ROI across all channels.



  5. Continuously test and optimise campaign performance

    1. Using A/B testing, segmentation, and messaging iterations.





Key Metrics



  1. Number of leads generated monthly

  2. % of leads converting to SQLs

  3. Cost per lead (CPL) and ROI per campaign

  4. % contribution to total sales pipeline
