Supermicro Computer, Inc. is looking for a responsible for maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of Supermicro's sales process through various means of marketing activities and working with cross functional teams, including Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Programs. This position evaluates new and existing opportunities for the company's computing solutions and works with prospects to understand their needs and goals -ultimately negotiating the terms of a successful partnership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and define customer demands, and work with the internal team to deliver solutions to meet the highest customer satisfaction with quality results.

Approach and develop large enterprise direct account, Telco & E-Commerce, Datacenter / Cloud Service Provider, HPC, and related business opportunities.

Create quality pipelines with eco-system partners and promote company’s products/solutions/services proactively.

Build up and maintain long-term partnerships and relationships with existing and new customers.

Weekly update on the progress and support needed.

Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent work experience preferably in a high-tech industry.

A minimum of 12 years of sales and enterprise business development experience is desirable.

Requires a thorough knowledge of the x86 Server, Storage, Networking, and Cloud/Datacenter business.

Proven working experience in server solution management/business development or a relevant role with strong data center/enterprise customer connections.

Presentation skills, Teamwork skills, Communication & Negotiation skills, Problem-solving skills, self-motivation, Customer service skills, Leadership skills, Analytical skills and attention to details.

Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in English.
