-Communicate with customers through outbound calls, WhatsApp and email, then follow up on leads.-Activate company promotions and activities to boost enquiries and generate sales leads.-Maximize sales volume and value using persuasive selling methods and by understanding customers’ needs.-Be the voice of the customer: addressing questions, supplying additional info on our residential solar photovoltaic solutions, and managing customers’ expectations.-Manage all stages of the sales cycle including lead qualification and conversion, document collection, closing deals, and following up on payment. -Track sales progress on a CRM system and ensure all relevant data and documents are captured.-If when it is necessary, then proceed to outdoor sales. -Experience in B2C sales and telemarketing.-A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or Mass Communication. -Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.-A knack for quickly understanding technical product information and assessing customers’ requirements.-Having a background in solar photovoltaic is a bonus. -A preference for being indoors.
