Tasks:
· Proactively develop new business, hunt for new opportunities and close deals, visiting a minimum of 15 customers per week of which 20% should be new leads/customer development
· Meet up with customers and be the first interface to them for any requests and enquiries
· Prepare and demonstrate technical concepts and product information to customers. If required, together with TAS department
· Build/maintain and ensure excellent relationship with exiting customers and partners
· Be responsible for revenue, profit and to achieve your defined sales targets
· Promote and Market Balluff Products and solutions
· Plan/organize/participate in Trade fairs/Trainings/Road shows etc.
· Gather and feedback market intelligence on competitor’s activities
Responsibilities:
· Achieve annual sales target and develop business
· Obtaining new leads and business development
· Actively grow and expand existing customers
· Building and maintaining excellent relationship with customers
· Plan customers visits and provide weekly plan on Monday before 12pm
· Present weekly report to sales team on every Friday
· Meeting MAPP objectives
