Sales Engineer (Fresh Grad Welcome!)

Industry: Leading Pump Supplier in Malaysia. 

Responsibilities:

• Opportunity to carry out sales activities in water, sewage or construction industry.
• Assist Manager or follow up of marketing leads.
• To generate sales based on the set target and achieve the set performance.
• Develop new accounts and open new markets.
• Involve in prepare and deliver technical presentations, explaining products or services to customer and prospective customer.
• Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements including planning and modifying products to meet customer needs.
• Helps client to solve problems with installed equipment.
• Develop and maintaining good relationship with prospective customers, new customers and existing customers.
• Persuade customer on the excellence of our products and services.
• Establish a customer database and relevant tools to manage sales activities, opportunities and pipeline.
• Prepare monthly sales report, annual sale target and yearly market planning.
• Meet established sales quota and revenue goals.

Min Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma, Degree or Postgraduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related engineering field.
• Prior working experience in sale for pump or engineering products is an added advantage.
• Non experience candidate in specific area but with an equivalent sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledgeable in Engineering Products Application such as:

1. Submersible Pump
2. Centrifugal Pump
3. Aerator / Ejector
4. Blower / Turbo Blower
5. Diffuser
6. Mixer
7. Dewatering Machine
8. Dehydrator

• Fresh Graduate with positive attitude and willing to work hard are strongly encouraged to apply. Guidance will be provided!
• Able to deliver presentation to customer and integrate technical knowledge and selling skills.
• Good command of English / Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia / local dialects in writing, speaking and reading to liaise with mandarin speaking client.
• Good in pricing and negotiating skills.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and discipline.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel intensively throughout the country.
