Sales Engineer - Innovative Company

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical supports on network and/or security projects
• Involve in the design, implementation, and commissioning of networking projects
• With technical support experience on LAN, WAN, switches, routers, and firewall
• Experience in planning and managing network infrastructure, strong knowledge in firewalls, routers, switches, and VPN
• Responsible for advanced technology and cross-platform system proof-of-concept implementation and rollout
• Provide onsite network project implementations to customers
• Work closely with sales team to perform pre-sales activities, including customer requirement analysis, implementation planning, fault isolation, and troubleshooting
• Generate new sales opportunities by prospecting and developing new clients.
• Develop strategies to expand and grow the business.
• Identify marketing trends and insights and optimize sales performance.
• Introducing products and solution selling to clients and ensuring seamless understanding of our services.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, offer technical solutions, and address any concerns or objections they may have

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Knowledgeable in Sangfor, Ruijie, H3C and etcetera
• Related certificate holder of CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Cybersecurity is preferred
• Solid working experience in SI companies would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Effective team player and excellent interpersonal skills
