Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Engineer (International Sales)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Exposed to different industries and leading global accounts to gain strong technical and business insight.
- Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed sales target assigned.
- Researching and understanding various lines of business and solutions.
- Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and determine how the company’s products will meet those needs.
- Coordinating internal resources to close customer support issues.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions that will work best for them.
- Establish good rapport; maintain and develop long term relationship with customers.
- Identify key contacts and decision makers, qualify business opportunities and trends that lead to closed revenue and quota attainment.
- Developing sales proposal for customers about products or services and prompt responses to customers and ensure proper tracking of all opportunities.
- Maintaining contact with existing clients to ensure that they are satisfied with their service or product.
- Presenting new products and services to potential clients in collaboration and with support of Multilane’s sales and FAE team.

Pre-requisites:
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- This is an OUTDOOR TECHNICAL SALES position. Candidate must be willing to travel to visit customers and other countries.
- Candidate must possess own car transport.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Sales experience.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Well self-presentation, well-groomed business etiquette, good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of people.
- Proactive, self-motivated, independent and result-oriented with a drive to achieve targets set.
