Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the entire sales process, from initial customer approach, develop opportunities, presentation, prepare quotation, produce proposals, follow-up, negotiation, secure the delivery and payment
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, cross sell and/or upsell the portfolio, and achieve KPIs
- Own and nurture long-term customer relationships/partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction through the efficient execution of the sales process
- Develop new partnerships to support continuous business growth
- Conduct thorough assessments, analyse, develop, and propose comprehensive solutions that align with customers’ objectives
- Conduct seminar and sales presentation for channel partners and customers to enhance their understanding of our products and technologies
- Continuously gather and analyse market data, including market size, share, competitor activities, standards, certifications, and pricing. Apply this intelligence to enhance company’s competitive edge.
- Generate and submit accurate quotations and forecasts on sales & collection on a regular basis and report expenses in accordance with company policy
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or a related field
- In depth knowledge of IT infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless, surveillance and structured cabling
- Experience with implementation, problem analysis and proposing solutions for ICT infrastructure
