Job responsibility
Sales Engineer
- Follow up, liaise with customer sales order.
- Propose fire alarm system and provide technical solutions to customers.
- Meet customers to discuss on project status.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks given by superior.
Project Engineer
- Installing, programming, testing and commissioning fire alarm system at sites.
- Follow up, liaise with customer project status.
- Provide technical solutions to customers.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks given by superior.
Account Assistant
- Prepare and provide Statement of Account to customers.
- Issue invoice, DN, DO, to customers.
- Follow up, liaise with customer inquiries.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks given by superior.
Admin
- Follow up, liaise with customer inquiries.
- Handle documentation.
- Extract quantity from schematic drawings to quote to customers.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks given by superior.
Job Requirements for Sales Engineer / Project Engineer
- Possess Degree / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess sales and/or technical experience in related field will be advantage.
- Preferable candidates that have own car.
- Preferable candidates that have good communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
Job Requirements for Account Assistant / Admin
- At least complete and graduate from high school, or posses a Degree/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- SPM graduates and fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Candidates that know Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) will be advantage.
