Job Description

Responsibilities & Job scope :-

• You will be given the opportunity to be in charge of managing sales activities for electronics customers (Semiconductor, SMT/PCBA etc) which is forecasted to enjoy continuous robust growth due to the mainstream adoption of IoT, 5G and EV (electric vehicle).
• You will be assigned an exciting task of maintaining good relationship with existing clients and developing new relationship with potential clients. You are expected to do the same as well as with key principal/supplier.
• You will be provided with a platform to demonstrate your multitasking capabilities such as prospecting new business, understanding needs of customers, providing proposal of suitable solutions, following up, securing project, executing project, coordinating commissioning/ handover, managing accurate forecast, meeting sales target/calls and others.
• You will be given guidance to plan, strategize and execute all sales activities to achieve a collective business target on the assigned territory.
• You will be allocated the area responsibility to focus the sales within Central Malaysia.

• Requirements In Academic :
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, E&E etc) or Any Science Discipline (Physics, Chemistry etc) preferably with 3 - 5 years working experience.
• TVET education background with working experience in technical sales or scientific instrument sales in semiconductor and SMT/PCBA.
• Experience in semiconductor, hard disk, research & electronics manufacturing industry will be added advantage.

Requirements Of Candidates:-

• Candidates with knowledge in Semiconductor and SMT/PCBA will have a strong advantage.
• Candidates with working experience in sales / service environment will be given preference.
• Candidates with working experience in electronics factory environment will be given serious consideration.
• Candidates with strong communications skills, excellent presentation skills, good interpersonal skills, strong analytical mind, exemplary leadership skills and passionate desire for success.
• Candidates with own transport (car) and willingness to travel (central Malaysia.
• Position level offered will be based on total years of experience, knowledge & qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply whereby a junior position can be offered to any candidate which possesses the necessary qualities required to excel in this position.
