Position: Sales Executive

Company Background: Training Provider

Salary Package: Basic RM2,000 + Commission

Gross Salary: RM4,000 - RM10,000

Working Location: Eco Botanic, JB

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday 

Job Descriptions:

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop strategies for client acquisition and retention

- Identify new clients, initiate contact, and maintain ongoing communication to build strong relationships

- Set personal sales targets, monitor progress, and ensure consistent achievement

- Present and recommend company services, prepare quotation, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts in line with company policies

- Continuously enhance sales skills through participation in training programs

Job Requirements:

- Have 1-2 years sales experience

- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales

- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and improve
