Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing the right partners to join our platform. You will not only drive acquisition but also ensure their long-term success with us.

We are looking for a strong sales professional with a proven track record in building relationships, negotiating impactful deals, and consistently delivering results. Your mission is to make Bjak the platform every partner aspires to join.


You’ll Excel in This Role If You…

  • Enjoy identifying, approaching, and winning over new partners.

  • Have strong pitching, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Take pride in building long-term, trust-based partnerships beyond the first deal.

  • Are motivated by ambitious targets and thrive in high-energy, rapid-growth environments.

  • Excel at planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing initiatives for business expansion.

  • Confidently engage with partners – visiting, presenting, and negotiating with workshops and

  • corporate clients.

  • Ensure the best service quality for all partners and resolve issues quickly.

  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and partnership outcomes to leadership.

The Right Fit Has…

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales, partnerships, or business development.

  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in fintech, digital payments, e-commerce, or automotive-related industries.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to growth-stage startups or scale-ups.

  • Regional sales or partnership experience.

  • Understanding of partner promotions and campaigns.

  • Data-driven decision-making and reporting experience.
