Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales & Enrolment Executive to join our team at an art education centre. The role focuses on engaging potential customers, following up on enquiries, promoting art courses, and converting prospective students into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

  Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospective students to introduce and promote art courses.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up on enquiries received through online platforms, social media, and other marketing channels.

  
  


• 
  

  Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable art courses based on their interests, age groups, and learning objectives.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide information on course details, schedules, fees, promotions, and enrolment procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with prospective students and parents to encourage enrolment and achieve sales targets.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain good relationships with customers and provide a positive customer experience throughout the enrolment process.

  
  


• 
  

  Arrange trial classes, consultations, or centre visits for interested customers where applicable.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and enrolment status.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the team to support promotional activities and achieve student enrolment targets.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Candidates with experience in telesales, telemarketing, sales, customer service, or education course sales are encouraged to apply.

  Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers over the phone and through online channels.
