We are committed to delivering superior products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive our sales initiatives.
 

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills who can represent the Skolah brand effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:

  • Research and identify potential clients, including schools and educational institutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Organize and conduct presentations and product demonstrations.

Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Skolah's products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the textile or educational sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
