Penerangan Pekerjaan - SALES EXECUTIVE

To generate sales, marketing and customer service.
Responsible to achieve personal sales performance and sales target; from following up on sales leads to developing good relationships with prospects.
Collaborating with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgetary constraints.
To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations based on client specifications and closing of sales.
Site Measurement required.
Developing innovative design concepts and presenting them to clients using 2D/3D visualization tools.
Creating detailed design plans, including space layouts, color schemes, material selection, and furniture recommendations.
Preparing accurate project estimates and quotations based on client specifications.
Collaborating closely with client and in-house designer teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
Manage client's project costing and work closely with relevant departments to follow up on project progress.
Monitor the progress of delivery, works, collections etc
Ensure timely delivery of products and services for each client's project.
Follow up on the entire order process and after-sales service to the client.

Candidate must possess at least Certificate/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher in any related field.
Required skill(s): Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
Applicants must have at least 3 years working experience in Sales & Marketing.
Willing to travelling and must have own transportation.
Willing to work on Sunday and Public Holiday.
