• identify & pursue new business opportunities to achieve & exceed sales targets
• develop & maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling & networking

Client Relationship Management (CRM)

• build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• understand client needs and requirements, and propose suitable solutions
• provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
• monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Sales strategy

• develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experiences.
• Interested in sales and has experience in Technical selling
• Candidates that have worked in castor wheels industry or any manufacturing industry is preferred.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday
9.00am to 5.00pm
