Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Executive

  • To develop and collaborate with sales channel (agent, broker) to source for potential customers.
  • To plan and execute outbound sales blitz at the surrounding area and also outstation area when it is required.
  • To attend to all sales enquiries, including walk-in customers, telephone and internet inquiries by providing relevant information about the product and the project.
  • To conduct sales presentation to potential buyers with the objective to achieve sales target and deliver the best customer service.
  • To build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers aimed to increase customer base and loyalty.
  • To follow up on all buyers to ensure the signing of SPA, collection of the first 10% payment and acceptance of end financier’s letter of offer are completed as per SOP.
  • To assist in executing overall sales event and activities (i.e. roadshows, exhibitions, etc.)
  • Monitor, analyze and report sales and marketing trend for local property market.

Requirement

  • Specializing in property / real estate sales with a renowned property developer.
  • Possess at least 2 years experience in property sales & marketing.
  • A team player with a track record of achievements and strong knowledge and insight of the property industry.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (need to liaise with Mandarin Speaking Customer).
  • Self-motivated and creative.
