Penerangan Pekerjaan - SALES EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:-To generate sales, marketing and customer service.-Responsible to achieve personal sales performance and sales target; from following up on sales leads to developing good relationships with prospects.-Collaborating with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgetary constraints.-To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations based on client specifications and closing of sales.-Site Measurement required. -Developing innovative design concepts and presenting them to clients using 2D/3D visualization tools.-Creating detailed design plans, including space layouts, color schemes, material selection, and furniture recommendations.-Preparing accurate project estimates and quotations based on client specifications.-Collaborating closely with client and in-house designer teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.-Manage client's project costing and work closely with relevant departments to follow up on project progress.-Monitor the progress of delivery, works, collections etc-Ensure timely delivery of products and services for each client's project.-Follow up on the entire order process and after-sales service to the client. -Candidate must possess at least Certificate/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher in any related field.-Required skill(s): Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia/ English/ Mandarin / Local Dialect-Applicants must have at least 3 years working experience in Sales and Marketing.-Willing to travelling and must have own transportation.-Willing to work on Sunday and Public Holiday.
