Sales Executive based in Kuantan, Pahang

JobResponsibilities

• Implement action plans (e.g. make regularcalls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve sales targets forassigned businesses/territories.
  执行销售计划（例如定期拜访、写订单等）实现被分配的业务/领域的销售目标。
• Execute sales activities for assignedbusinesses/territories, including product portfolios and marketingplan introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups andin-store merchandising.
  执行分配的业务/领域的销售活动，包括产品组合和营销计划介绍、接单、营销陈列设置和店内商品陈列。
• Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes.Maintain relevant customer data in appropriate customerrelationship management databases.
  记录销售数据以进行报告和跟踪。在适当的客户关系管理数据库中维护相关客户数据。
• Execute continuous improvement activities to enhancesales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. Track andcollect payments from customers.
  提升或改进策略，以便提高销售流程、销售计划、达到客户满意度等。跟催和负责客户到期的债务。
• Respond to customer orders and queries. Inform currentand prospective customers of promotions and new/upgradedproducts.
  负责回复跟催客户订单和查询。讲解和通知客户所有的促销活动和新产品推出。
• Manage distributors’ salesman to drive business attargeted trade channels
  经常和经销商和代理商的销售队伍对接，可以及时反映市场的观点和策略达到销售目标。
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveryof products. Support internal stakeholders in relationshipdevelopment with key customers.
  及时与总部团队沟通交流，确保定单可以及时送达客户和满足客户需求。成为总部和主要客户的重要桥梁。
   
  Job Requirements
• Knowledge and understanding of the FMCGindustry/market/competitors/customers in Pahang
  了解霹雳与彭亨州市场食品行业/市场/竞争对手的知识
• Knowledge inassigned territories and strong selling skills.
  了解分配的领域和较强的销售技巧。
• Strong communication andnegotiation skills. 良好的沟通和谈判技巧。
• Proficiency inoffice productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  熟练使用办公室生产力工具，对Microsoft office要有基本的熟练懂得使用（例如Excel、Word和PowerPoint）
• Fluencyin local language, ideally in Mandarin, English and Malay, bothwritten and spoken 熟练掌握当地语言，最好是中文和英语，书写和口语流利
• SPM or a related discipline. SPM或相关专业。
• Minimum one year experience in related FMCG field.
