Qualifications & experience
- At least 2 years of sales working experience in FMCG field
- Good negotiation skills and able to provide excellent customer experience.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible to promote company's brand name and existing & new products to existing customers.
- Ability to explore new market, search and source for new customer or new account.
- In charge of developing sales plans and strategies for assigned territories and responsible for achieving the sales target.
- Build market knowledge in terms of product potential, pricing structure, competitor activities and consumption pattern and feedback to company.
- Be responsive to customers’ needs, takes initiative to resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions to customers.
- Ensure timely payment collections from customers and sales report required by the management.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as requested by the company’s management.
