Job Description
- Generate new customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Grow revenue and relationships with existing customer base.
- Utilize sales knowledge to quote formal and all kinds of negotiation or bidding.
- Provide documented activity reports of sales efforts on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, and profit – effective and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - maintain close contact with all customers – including follow-up on concerns or other servicing issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and consignees regarding changes in delivery or potential service matters.
- Track/trace shipments upon customers' requested.
Job Requirement
- Preferably specialized in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or equivalent.
- Candidate must be self-motivated, responsible, positive attitude & able to work in a team
