Principal Functions :

This position responsible for frozen food business & food service key account management Branch & Key Account Management Section. Execute sales strategies & activities for frozen food & food service key account by visit frozen distributor, modern trade & Horeca to endeavor to achieve pre set sales targets.

Responsibilities and Authorities:

To manage assigned frozen food business & key account to achieve sales target & KPI
Develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and challenges. Identify and securing new business opportunities, expanding company customer base and driving significant revenue growth in frozen business & key account.
To support Business Management and other relevant department in projects related to food service business example new product development and submit back all necessary market information or report to superior .
To execute customer relationship management/data collection in food service business.
To monitor outstanding status of assigned customers and ensure payments within the credit limit/terms
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with frozen distributor, key account & Horeca.
To update Food Service customer list, competitor information & product distribution report
To prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly Food Service & any related business report.
