Sales Executive For Milk Powder Product

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build a field area operational plan, set objective, goals to reach competitively superior growth and market share performance, exceeds sales and expense control targets.
• Creates a high performance team by hiring, training and developing team, providing ongoing coaching and counselling, and retaining the best talent through motivation and recognition and making tough decisions on non-performers.
• Maintains the merchandising team focus on bringing added value services to customers as a source of competitive advantage and a desire to win in the marketplace.
• Improves effective merchandising quality, maintaining good service level and eliminating OOS (Out of Stock) at all times.
• Make sure Collection (payment/tax invoices/claims) is done for Direct customers as per payment terms.
• Operational & In Store Quality in Key Accounts.
• All New Product Launch, pack adjustments and price adjustments are incorporated in the Key Account as per timelines.
• Drive In Store Quality as per the Trading Terms and through Local initiatives and merchandising support.
• Drive Store Spirit Excellence through right Planogram, Placement and Communication/POSM.
• Builds and maintains strong connections with internal functional areas, key customers, trade leaders and corporations, distributors, in order to create positive impact and change to company image and business targets.
• Analysis changing customer needs and market trends, understands how they affect the current and future business, and take action proactively to secure long term business performance.
• Provide market intelligence and opinion.
• Make sure that each member of the sales team has an knowledge of and operates in strict compliance with product Code of Business Conduct.

Academic Qualification(s):

• Candidate must possess at least SPM & above.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the related field is required.
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Sales experience in Modern Trade outlet especially Aeon, Econsave and Mydin as minimum requirement.

Salary Range: RM 3,000 - RM 4,500
