Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage Total Aeon Account in Central + Melaka + Perak.
Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned AEON outlets.
Ensure optimal product placement and visibility within stores.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales through promotions, upselling, and cross-selling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with AEON store managers, department heads, and in-store staff.
Negotiate and executive promotional activities and planograms in line with client standards.
Ensure accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, and correct pricing.
Monitor competitor activities and report market intelligence to management.
Ensure merchandising standards are in place and update regularly.
Provide timely reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and competitor activities.
Analyze sales data to propose actionable strategies for improvement.

Academic Qualification(s):
Candidate must possess at least SPM.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
Experience in modern trade (especially AEON, Tesco, Kotis's, etc.) is a strong advantage.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Customer-centric mindset.
Sales negotiation and persuasion.
Relationship management.
Planning and organizational skills.
Problem-solving and adaptability.
