Requirement:-

Must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in related principal
At least 2-3 years working experience in sales.
Preferably have sales experience in automotive lubricant oil or automotive parts.
Must possess own transport for sales activities.
Must be willing to travel to meet customer
Willing to handle Dirty, Dangerous and Disgusting (3D), in the automotive industry if required.
Able to read, write & speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.

Job Descriptions:-

To develop and establish a network of new workshop customers in the designated area.
To explore and identify potential dealers.
To drive dealers’ sales teams to achieve area/territory sales targets.
To participate in automotive sales activities:
o To prepare and submit Customer Visit Reports (CVR) weekly.
o To prepare and submit the Prospect Management Pipeline List.
o To prepare and submit the Value Analysis Report.
o To participate in monthly and quarterly sales review meetings.
o To support motorsport and marketing activities.
To gain fundamental knowledge of lubricants and basic products through in-house training.
To monitor payments and collections.
To monitor competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, competitor activities, and market trends.
To liaise with suppliers and handle signage sponsorship application documents:
To act as head coordinator for signage sponsorship projects.
To manage document storage and e-filing.
To conduct staff development by guiding team members in sales-related activities.
