Sales Executive / Manager

Job Description:

As a Sales Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will play a key role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet targets. Your focus will be on acquiring new clients and ensuring their smooth transition to the Key Account team after the initial period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide accurate reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive/Manager or relevant role.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
