Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description :

- Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities, actively engage with potential clients, and convert leads into sales.

- Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of Microsoft ERP and Acumatica ERP solutions to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation phase, providing seamless service to clients.

Job Requirement:

- University degree with a concentration in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred.

- Three to five years of software sales experience, with a good knowledge of ERP software solutions.

- Familiarity with the software implementation industry, specifically ERP solutions, and a strong understanding of market dynamics.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and meet revenue targets.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including Project Teams and Clients.

- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

- Ability to adapt to changes in the industry and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
