About us

Jardin Pharma Berhad is an eco-pharmaceutical industry and our principal activities are development, production and sales, marketing and distribution of pharmaceutical, nutraceuticals and skincare products under our house brand such as JardinXorix, Jardin Fit, Jardin Kids, Mary Jardin, Jarderm etc. to all government and private market channels, general practitioners (GPs), pharmacies and various healthcare providers. In line with our growth strategies, we are seeking individuals who has strong passion in sales to cover the government business sector that includes Ministry of Health/Ministry of Defense/Teaching hospitals and other government institutions under our subsidiary, Jardin Marketing & Distribution Sdn Bhd.

We are looking for applicants to fill a position based in:

3 positions in Central Region
1 position in Southern (Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor)
1 position in Sabah
1 position in Sarawak

Qualifications & experience

A bachelor's degree in any science discipline, business administration, marketing, communications, or any related field.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, industry, regulations, and healthcare trends is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals, physicians, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers.
Prior experience in a sales role in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or medical related industries are advantageous but not compulsory.
Must have strong desire and passions in sales.

Tasks & responsibilities

To be involved in active selling and promotional activities of our range of products to general practitioners, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, distributors and retailers etc.
To execute sales activities as planned by company.
To develop professional relationship with key buyers.
To take the necessary steps to successfully close sales.
To maintain relationships with existing customers, address any concerns or issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
To collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
To meet clients, attend conferences, or participate in industry events as necessary.
