Tasks & responsibilities

Provide top-notch customer experience and achieving sales target
Handle enquiries and respond to customers’ feedback in a professional manner
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
Assist in managing in-store inventory
Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Able to commit to retail hours

Qualifications & experience

SPM & Above
Sales experience preferably in retail jewelry industry / luxury brands
Presentable, pleasant and outgoing
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Conversant with English and Mandarin; Cantonese, Hokkien, Bahasa Malaysia and other foreign languages are definite advantages (to serve customers of different nationalities )
Candidate with more experience will be considered as SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
