Prepare product costings and quotations for customers.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales records, regularly reporting to management.
Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Follow up on payment collections and credit terms with customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, preferably Chemistry.
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the Plastic or Rubber industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM systems (preferred)
