Sales Executive / Sales Admin Executive (JB & KL)

Responsibilities:

• To achieve the sales targets as set by the Management.
• To handle sales enquiries including telephone enquiries and walk-in.
• To effectively promote and sell the company’s properties.
• To advise purchasers on bank loan/end financing procedures.
• To collect down payment and ensure the signing of the S&P and loan approval.
• Responsible for overseeing day to day operation of Credit & Sales Administration functions inclusive of ensure prompt payment by liaising with purchasers/lawyers and bankers.
• Monitor and coordination on SPA, loan arrangement, monitor all collections and documentation of progressive billings, VP and issuance of strata title, loan progress.
• Responsible to undertake any other ad-hoc task or duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of property sales experience.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be added advantage.
• Outgoing & friendly personality.
• Possess own transport and willing to work on weekends.
