Responsibilities & Authorities

· Liaise with purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors on legal documentation matters.

· Prepare report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Making appointments, presentation and closing sales.

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

· Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent.

· At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in property development industry.

· Independent, initiative, problem solving skills and able to work under minimum supervision.

· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

· High level of attention to detail.

· Willing to travel.
