Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator - Room for Advancement

Responsibilities:

• To compile sales activity tracking reports on daily basis; monthly and yearly sales target.
• Follow up delivery schedule with customer & suppliers.
• Prepare delivery order, invoice and related documentation.
• Attend to customer enquiries such as call, and email.
• Liaise and coordinate between customer, project team and warehouse department.
• Update and manage customer database and documentation.
• Assist in arrangement of shipping/logistic matters and marketing activities of the company.
• Perform any other tasks related to sales, marketing and customer services. activities that may be assigned by company from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher or equivalent.
• Highly motivated, sales oriented with proven track record and able to work independently.
• Ability in developing new customer and result oriented.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Possess own vehicle & willing to travel frequently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and willing to learn.
• Experience in sales & marketing will be an advantage.
